COVID-19 Impact

Throughout 2020 we had thought early planning and advanced ordering (well in advance of normal) meant that we had avoided delays associated with COVID-19. Unfortunately, the industry shutdown required the workforce at the Avenue Townhomes to be reduced to 25% of its peak.

Subsequently we anticipate Avenue – Brighton East to be completed in February 2020. This year certainly isn’t what anyone expected, but the quality of these townhomes has been well worth the wait.
